Shipping

We typically ship via United States Postal Service First Class Mail within 24 hours of payment confirmation.  Exception would be during standard U.S. holidays. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. Please contact us if you have not received your order within 7 business days following payment.

Payment

Zapper-tech.com gladly accepts payments through PayPal and Google Checkout. Once funds have cleared your package will be shipped within 24 hours. Note to customers using eCheque payment – PayPal does not credit your payment until funds are cleared (usually 5 to 7 days). We will send your order once funds have cleared.

Guarantee

Zapper Technologies wants you to be unequivocally happy with your purchase.   If, for any reason you are not, you may return your purchase for a full refund within thirty (30) days.   Simply contact us at returns@zapper-tech.com with your desire to return a product and send the products back to us for a full refund, less shipping.
